THE STRINGS QUARTET IN A FEW WORDS

Strings quartet is an instrumental group made by two violins, a viola and a cello. An arrangement written for the same group, takes the name of strings quartet. Quartet is very appreciated by romantic composers. It’s a byword for effort, concentration and rigour. During all 19th century was a German specialty and, in a minimum part (especially till the and of the century),a French one, too.
